• Within GCC – 7 business days

Once an order is placed through our e-commerce platform, our team will begin processing it promptly. Order processing takes 1 business day and includes verification and packaging. This timeframe may vary depending on the product availability and any additional processing requirements.
3. Shipment Tracking
We provide real-time shipment tracking information to our customers. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email or notification containing the tracking number and instructions to track the progress of your shipment. • Free shipping for orders above AED 300 in the UAE
• Free shipping for orders above AED 500 in the GCC
• For orders that do not reach the threshold amount, shipping costs will be calculated based on various factors, including the shipping method, destination, package weight, and dimensions.
• The shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
